Ok, back to your regularly scheduled programming…

Well, my intention to update this on a regular basis has failed so far, but I’m hoping that I can kick that lax attitude and get you more updates on here! In my personal life the last couple months have been pretty busy, with gigs most weekends and a big move at the end of March. It was kind of a spur of the moment thing, but a good place opened up right when I was starting to think of moving and I jumped on it. The upside: WAY more space, and a real kitchen, plus a small room to move the studio into. The downside: setting up the studio again on top of getting moved in. This led to about 4 weeks of no studio time!

Needless to say this has been frustrating, but I have been fortunate enough to have had a solid run of shows here at home. One of the highlights was once again getting the opportunity to perform at Sakura-con, one of the best Anime conventions in the country. It’s always wonderful to get to be a part of it, not only the shows, but I get to help judge cosplay contests, get behind the scenes access to exhibits and have a great time just people watching.

This year we were lucky to have Saiyan, Virus, and Dynamic out from the eastern US, and Sharpenal Sound from Japan! All put on great performances, and did well to represent hard dance! Here’s some video of my Live PA as shot by Saiyan. One features the amazing vocalist Umi performing our debut trackĀ  “Cross the Stars”
